Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are pet parents to three very beautiful furry companions, Diana, Panda, and Gino. Though all three are special to them and are loved beyond expression, there's one who is a tad closer to PeeCee's heart. She is Diana, and the actress shared in length the reason behind the same.

For those who are not in the know, Priyanka and Nick are pet parents to three dogs - Diana, Panda, and Gino. And just like any other pet parent, Nick and PeeCee might never choose who their favourite one is among the three. However, in one of the old interviews, the Desi Girl did spill the beans on how one of these furry pals holds a special place in her heart, and that is Diana.
All three of Nick and Priyanka’s pets have a strong social media presence, with their frequent cameos in their parents' posts. Back in 2021, Priyanka Chopra mentioned that she loves all three of them, but also confessed to having a special bond with Diana in particular. The actress said that Diana was the first pup ever that PeeCee took under her wing completely. Speaking to the Financial Times, she discussed Diana at length and said, “Diana was the first pup that I fully took care of. She’s from North Shore Rescue in New York, and she chose me.”
Recalling how Diana came as the ray of hope and happiness in the time when Priyanka was juggling with challenges on both personal and professional front, she expressed, “It was four years ago, at a time in my life where I was really low: I had just moved to the States, I was mourning my father’s death, I didn’t know anybody. I was working on Quantico for ABC and going back home on my own."

Though growing up in India, Priyanka’s family always had pets, she was clueless about how to raise one all by herself. Chopra shared, “I had no idea what to do with a pup, but it was she and I, alone in New York City.”
“It was Diana I snuggled into and Diana who barked whenever the door opened. With Diana, I had somebody to take care of and, in return, she took care of me," she added.
